I love holding safe spaces for
Black women to be their authentic selves.
We need each other.

A little more about me.
I wear a lot of hats, but more than anything, when you see me, I hope you see yourself. Though I aid in others' healing, God has me on a similar journey. I know what its like to hold the mirror up and not see truth, to self loathe, to be disappointed. The thing about healing is that it is a process. It's a journey, and our life circumstances and experiences will enlighten and uncover more of what needs to be purified and refined. I value community and as I am on my own healing journey, I'm pulling my sisters up with me.

"Lord, you know everything there is to know about me. You perceive every movement of my heart and soul, and you understand my every thought before it even enters my mind. You are so intimately aware of me, Lord....You've gone into my future to prepare the way, and in kindness you follow behind me to spare me from the harm of my past..."
Psalm 139: 1-3;5 (The Passion Translation)

God is a creative.
I do not always do what every other "influencer" does, because I am inspired by the ultimate influencer, the Holy Spirit.
The convergence of faith and mental health allows us to see the humanity of who we are as well as the divine of who God is. Join me as we Heal through the Word.
